  • Where is the FACTUAL DATA to back up the "8 Calls" for first responders?

  • What is the success rate for the New Journey program? MRM has no statistics

  • Traffic Study - Three Leaf did one for the hotel during covid - where is the new one?

  • Fire Hydrants - Three Leaf had these visible and noted for the hotel - where is this info now?

  • 25% come from outside of Milwaukee - What percent will be from OUR community that is supposed to take the masses and ALL the problems that come along with it?

  • Why should we trust anyone at their word here? Three Leaf developed an apartment building in Shorewood that was supposed to have storefronts on the lower level. Did it? No. Who owns the building now? Three Leaf sold it as soon as it was built.

  • How many beds are dedicated to the Safe Harbor (New Journey) program at MKE? Is there a waitlist? Are these beds constantly filled?

  • Should we believe that 120 beds will be filled 24/7/365 with people 100% voluntarily joining the program? If this is fully approved, what stops them from changing the plans?

    • Who is to say this will not become an extension of their MKE location that is people looking for a place to stay?

  • In a July 29, 2025 email - Kessler states "The use will be maintained consistent with the definition of a community church as per Section 275-70 of the city code.
275-70: A place of gathering for religious observance, ministry, and fellowship and related social events and may include classrooms for periodic religious instruction, and administrative offices. These facilities are identified as those with a total building footprint greater than 15,000 square feet or which have ACCESSORY uses, which include, but are not limited to, uses such as banquet facilities, day school, day-care facilities, retail stores, restaurant, workout centers/club, gymnasium, health care facilities, assisted-living facilities, library, and cafe. Community-scale churches shall be a conditional use in all agricultural, commercial, office and institutional districts, a principal use in the industrial district and shall be prohibited in all residential districts.

    • Is this a CHURCH with a rehab or a REHAB with a chapel? The chapel is roughly 3% of the 57,000sqft.

  • Why is MRM so focused on this specific land? Federal funding gives us a good idea for an "untouched" area to help people.

    • What if I told you we can minimalize the greed, find a location that does NOT have safety issues and ordinance violations, and STILL help the people that need it? MRM joining this fight and doubling down using donor funding most likely meant to help people for this plot?
