Cincotta has been practicing since 1994, helping people in civil litigation.
This includes challenging trusts, claims in probate, challenging wills, and special matters in real estate and land use and eminent domain disputes.
He has a passion for helping communities in our situations and is no stranger to the Three Leaf Development Group.
He has taken on a case involving Three Leaf in Shorewood (East Capitol Neighbors Association vs Village of Shorewood). Three Leaf developed The Atwater Apartments which were opposed, built it, and immediately sold it.
Three Leaf Partners sells Shorewood apartment building for $11.75 million
Three Leaf also has previously been sued by a former COO for retaliation after being fired. COO pushed for financial transparency after questioning funds for personal projects.

Cincotta has worked with the Greenwald Family of Mukwonago for years on land disputes as well as being involved with different developments across SE Wisconsin.
He showcased his skills during our February BOA mtg, going up against Deborah Tomczyk of Reinhart and New Berlin City Attorney Thomas Schmitzer, as well as being questioned by the BOA. Please review the video of that meeting in our "Resources for Information" section if you were unable to attend.
However, his passion and expertise come at a cost. $300/hr. We NEED people to fund our efforts. We are doing as much "paralegal" volunteer work for free to keep this cost down, but he still needs to review and prep for meetings.
Our efforts are 100% volunteer work.
Please consider donating to fund this.
While we, as New Berlin citizens, are funding City Attorney Schmitzer, whether we want to or not. By doing nothing, we are allowing this zoning nonsense to pass. Citizens WILL pay for it with increased taxes in the long run. If you are not involved with NBCU, please do your part to support our efforts.
