January 2nd, 2026 - We attempted to file a grievance based on the Dec. 8th approval. Told there was no form and speaking at the Jan. 13th meeting would suffice

January 3rd, 2026 - A group of New Berlin citizens met at Valley View Park and subsequently formed the New Berlin Citizens United, UA

January 7th, 2026 - A number of New Berlin Citizens file their own grievances and stamped by the City Clerk, within 30-day time limit

January 13th, 2026 - Common Council moves (4-3 vote) to DENY the CSM for this development. Two hours of citizens speaking their thoughts

January 20th, 2026 - Letters are received from Chairman of Board of Appeals John Goetter, with proper process to file grievance

January 23rd, 2026 - NBCU formally files appeal to BOA, under Goetter's instruction

February 19th, 2026 - Board of Appeals unanimously votes in NBCU's favor of the appeal. Formal hearing for BOA to review Dec. 8th Approval
